Job description
EY is seeking a Strategic Consultant for their Reward team in Frankfurt/Main or Hamburg. This role involves advising national and international companies on strategic leadership and compensation topics, working with top clients to develop comprehensive compensation strategies and analyze incentive structures.
The primary responsibilities include developing leadership and compensation strategies for boards, supervisory boards, and executives of international top clients, creating comprehensive compensation systems and incentive strategies for employees, investigating compensation system implications through analyzing incentive structures and evaluating equity-based compensation instruments, and providing consulting services during corporate transactions and IPOs.
Required experience includes a successfully completed degree in economics, business administration with a focus on strategy or finance, or mathematics. Ideal candidates will have initial professional experience in a consulting firm or comparable role. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional and conceptual thinking, and an affinity for quantitative methods and models are essential.
