EY's Strategy and Transactions team is seeking a Senior or Manager Real Estate professional with 4-6 years of experience in real estate valuation, modeling, strategic advice, and transaction support. The ideal candidate will work with corporate and private equity clients, providing strategic insights and financial analysis for real estate portfolio optimization.
Primary responsibilities include conducting real estate asset valuations, supporting buy and sell-side transactions, performing strategic portfolio reviews, and providing comprehensive financial modeling for real estate development projects and companies.
Required experience includes a master's degree in economics, mathematics, or business engineering, with over 3 years of experience in real estate development, capital markets, or infrastructure. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of debt advisory are essential. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French being advantageous.
