This role is responsible for managing daily relationships and supporting client engagement teams in delivering Tax Technology and Transformation services. Key responsibilities include assisting teams with quality and risk management questions, promoting tax quality initiatives, preparing update communications, conducting internal quality reviews, and ensuring engagement compliance testing.
The ideal candidate should be a Manager (Level 3) with excellent IT and technology skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Power BI. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential, with a keen ability to quickly learn new tasks and identify areas of risk. Knowledge of quality and risk management/compliance is advantageous but not mandatory.
