As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with project stakeholders, implementing project activities, completing assigned tasks on time, and providing regular status reporting. You will work closely with software designers, developers, and other specialists to achieve project and client goals.
The ideal candidate must have 7-8 years of software testing experience, excellent people management skills, capability to manage wide and international testing teams, and strong client-facing and project management capabilities. Proficiency in English (B2+) and German (C1) is essential, along with expertise in test management tools and the ability to guide senior testers.
