EY is seeking an experienced Training and Change Manager for their People Consulting team in Belfast. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies to enhance client skills and capabilities. Ideal candidates will have consulting experience in transformation programmes and expertise in training methodologies.
The primary responsibilities include developing strategic training and change management plans, managing full project lifecycles, designing customized training programmes, leading project planning, creating project governance, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and incorporating innovative learning methodologies.
Candidates must be degree-qualified with prior consulting experience, proficient in training tools and change management methodologies, able to establish personal credibility, influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions. Experience with Oracle training is preferred.
