Job description
EY seeks an experienced Training and Change Manager to collaborate with clients in designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning strategies. The role involves developing strategic training plans, managing project lifecycles, and enhancing organizational skills and capabilities through innovative methodologies.
Primary responsibilities include developing strategic training and change management plans aligned with organizational goals, designing customized training programs, leading end-to-end project management of training initiatives, creating project governance frameworks, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing innovative learning technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
Required experience includes being degree-qualified with prior consulting experience, expertise in training and change management methodologies, proficiency in using relevant learning and development tools, ability to establish personal credibility, demonstrate expertise, influence stakeholders, and deliver practical solutions to complex organizational challenges.
