Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Training and Change Manager to join their People Consulting Team in Belfast. The role involves collaborating with clients to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies, enhancing organizational skills and capabilities. Candidates must have consulting experience, expertise in training methodologies, and the ability to manage complex transformation programs.
This role focuses on developing strategic training and change management plans aligned with organizational goals, managing full project lifecycles from concept to implementation, and designing customized training programs. Key responsibilities include creating project plans, establishing governance, tracking progress, and implementing innovative learning methodologies.
Ideal candidates will have a degree, consulting experience, proficiency in training tools and change management methodologies, and demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems. Strong personal impact, stakeholder influence, and pragmatic problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with Oracle training is preferrable.
