Primary responsibilities include assisting with tax due diligence work streams across all tax heads, supporting pre- and post-acquisition structuring, collaborating with M&A colleagues, liaising with clients and legal advisors, reviewing financial models from an Irish tax perspective, and providing comprehensive tax advisory services for clients.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in practice, be qualified as CTA, ACCA, ACA, or Solicitor, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand complex tax matters. Strong technical skills across tax domains and transaction experience are highly valued.
