Job description
EY seeks an experienced professional for a senior role in Transaction Strategy and Execution (TSE) team. The ideal candidate will work on complex global transactions, helping clients create and maximize value through strategic operational planning, integration, and transformation initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include executing operational-focused projects across various sectors, supporting client service teams in developing transaction strategies, and working on pre-deal and post-deal engagements such as operational planning, carve-out planning, integration planning, and tracking strategic initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or IT with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include excellent analytical capabilities, experience in business integrations and divestitures, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and the ability to lead in complex business environments.
