Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager or Director for their People Consulting Change Management team in Dublin. The role involves supporting complex transformation programmes across private and public sectors, focusing on change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic workforce planning.
Primary responsibilities include supporting change management delivery across transformation programmes, managing project workstreams, implementing project plans, and driving organizational change initiatives in technology and organizational design projects.
Required experience includes 7+ years of consulting experience, demonstrable expertise in change management methodologies, ability to analyze complex problems, and experience in full project lifecycle management. Candidates must have a degree and proven track record in delivering change programmes.
