EY seeks an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning professional to join their People Consulting team in Dublin. Primary responsibilities include leading and delivering People Consulting programmes, managing project lifecycles, generating revenue through client relationships, and providing strategic workforce planning advice across diverse organizational contexts.
Required experience includes 7+ years in strategic workforce planning, proven leadership in managing teams and projects, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop actionable workforce insights through complex data analysis and interpretation.
