Required experience includes 6+ years of UX design experience for B2C and B2B customer journeys, proven expertise in designing across multiple digital platforms, proficiency in user research, innovation methodologies, usability testing, and experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and Adobe XD. Strong understanding of Agile and Lean UX methods is essential.
