As a Werkstudent in Climate Change and Sustainability Services, you will contribute to developing ESG and decarbonization strategies, create digital solutions for strategy implementation, develop energy transition concepts, conduct market analyses, perform environmental, health, safety, and ESG due diligence during transaction advisory, and support sustainability consulting by helping clients improve their non-financial processes.
Ideal candidates should have a completed bachelor's degree and be currently pursuing a master's degree, preferably with a focus on sustainability or climate change. Prior practical experience in sustainability, climate change, and project management is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), excellent communication skills in German and English, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
