As a Werkstudent in Employer Branding, you will support EY's talent acquisition and employer branding team in creating and implementing strategic marketing and communication initiatives designed to attract top talent. Your primary responsibilities will include developing creative content for recruitment campaigns, assisting with social media strategies, and supporting various employer branding projects.
The ideal candidate will be a currently enrolled student with strong communication skills, creativity, and an interest in marketing, HR, and digital content creation. You should have excellent German and English language skills, be proficient in digital design tools, and have a keen understanding of social media platforms and trends in talent attraction.
