Job description
EY seeks a student for a Real Estate Transaction Advisory role in Munich. The position involves supporting complex real estate projects, assisting with strategy and organizational consulting, and participating in transaction-related tasks. Ideal candidates are studying real estate economics, business, or engineering with initial experience in the real estate sector.
This role involves participating in sophisticated real estate projects focused on strategy, organizational, and business process consulting. As part of interdisciplinary teams, you will support major corporations, banks, and investors in buying or selling real estate, land, and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include contributing to real estate transactions, supporting due diligence processes, and assisting with valuation and privatization strategies.
Candidates should be pursuing a degree in real estate economics, business, or engineering, with demonstrable analytical skills and precision. Strong proficiency in MS Office and MS Project is required. Candidates must have initial experience in the real estate sector, excellent communication skills in German and English, and the ability to work in interdisciplinary, innovative team environments.
