Ideal candidates are in the final stage of their university studies, preferably in a tax-related field like Tax Law or Tax Economics. Strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills are essential. Some departments are also open to students with financial, economic, or technical backgrounds.
