Job description
EY is seeking a student trainee for their Real Estate team in Düsseldorf to support transformation and project management in infrastructure and real estate projects. The role involves working on complex national and international real estate projects, supporting project management, and providing technical-economic consulting.
The role involves participating in sophisticated national and international real estate projects from initial conception through planning, construction, execution, and operational phases. Key responsibilities include supporting project management and steering of construction and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients, and assisting in process design and technical-economic consulting.
Ideal candidates are studying civil engineering, industrial engineering, or architecture, preferably in at least the 5th semester with relevant specialization fields. Previous experience in project management or real estate planning/execution is advantageous. Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and AHO regulations is beneficial. Strong analytical skills, precise work methodology, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills in German and preferably English are required.
