As a Junior Consultant, you will provide operational and regulatory services to clients, focusing on implementing tax processes, assisting financial institutions in regulatory compliance, and executing projects such as business process outsourcing, automatic information exchange, customer tax reporting, electronic tax form validation, and large data processing.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in engineering, management, finance, or economics, with fluency in English, French, and/or German. Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, flexibility, effective communication, and a team-player mindset are essential. Experience with process design, automation, and organizational setup for large data processing is highly valued.
