The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of consulting, internal communications, HR, or change management experience. You must demonstrate comprehensive experience in change project management, strong business understanding, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to moderate complex discussions. Proficiency in German and English, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and proven leadership capabilities are essential.
