Job description
FTI Consulting seeks an experienced professional to join their Investigation & Compliance team in Paris. The role involves conducting complex financial investigations, compliance assessments, and supporting business growth in forensic accounting and advisory services. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in forensic accounting, compliance, and financial analysis with a strong background in investigating financial crimes and implementing compliance programs.
Primary responsibilities include supervising daily mission management, conducting complex financial and accounting analyses, organizing collected information, performing research using specialized tools, participating in project planning, conducting interviews, implementing accounting and financial skills across various situations, establishing detailed work documents, implementing Sapin II compliance measures, supervising junior team members, delivering high-quality deliverables, and writing analysis reports while actively participating in business development efforts.
Required experience includes a master's degree from top business schools or specialized universities, minimum 10 years of experience in Forensic, Audit, or Compliance fields. Candidates must demonstrate rigorous financial and accounting expertise, strong analytical skills, international exposure, teamwork orientation, and management capabilities. Proficiency in French and English is mandatory, with a third language being an advantage.
