Primary responsibilities include supporting the senior team in providing reward and tax advisory services, developing management incentive offerings, leading due diligence work related to employment-related securities, delegating tasks to junior team members, assisting with transaction and advisory projects, maintaining technical expertise, and managing project work including billing and work-in-progress tracking.
Required experience includes extensive background in employment tax and reward advisory, strong technical tax knowledge particularly in employment-related securities, exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical issues, analytical capabilities, ability to work collaboratively across different organizational levels, proven project management skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
