The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring proper financial reporting under US GAAP and local GAAP, conducting month-end closes, analyzing revenue recognition, managing bad debt provisions, handling compensation accruals, and overseeing local tax compliance.
Required experience includes a degree in Finance or Accounting, a Chartered Accountant qualification, minimum 10+ years of finance management experience, deep understanding of UK financial regulations, US GAAP and SOX compliance, and proven ability to manage complex financial operations and large teams.
