FTI Consulting seeks an experienced professional to join their Business Transformation team in Paris. The role involves leading complex transformation projects for major corporations and investment funds, developing strategic plans, and driving operational and financial value creation across various industries.
Primary responsibilities include developing transformation and restructuring plans, preparing integration and carve-out strategies, creating business plans, supporting value creation implementation, and conducting strategic, operational, and financial due diligence for corporate clients and investment funds.
Required experience includes a degree from a top engineering or business school, proven track record of managing complex projects in a leading international consulting firm, strong analytical and organizational skills, operational leadership experience, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in French and English.
