The role requires a graduate or master's degree from a top-tier university, with a minimum of 3-5 years of transaction services experience. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional Excel skills, strong financial modeling capabilities, deep commercial awareness, and the ability to identify financial red flags through complex data analysis. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with strong report writing and analytical capabilities.
