Primary responsibilities include developing comprehensive transformation and restructuring plans, preparing integration and carve-out strategies, formulating business plans, implementing value creation strategies, and conducting strategic, operational, and financial due diligence across diverse client portfolios.
Required experience includes a degree from a top engineering or business school, extensive experience managing complex projects in top-tier international consulting firms, proven analytical and modeling skills, strong organizational planning capabilities, and preferably additional operational leadership experience. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills in both French and English.
