The intern will support strategic consulting and operational support for companies in complex change situations, including merger integrations, carve-outs, transformations, and restructurings. Primary responsibilities include creating communication and training materials, conducting research and trend analysis, and participating in project planning and coordination.
Ideal candidates are high-performing university students with backgrounds in business, communications, or organizational psychology. Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, flexibility in working on multiple projects, and initiative are essential. Understanding of business contexts, willingness to learn, high quality consciousness, and fluent German and English skills are required.
