FTI Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager for their Business Transformation team in Paris. The role involves working on complex transformation projects for international clients, providing strategic consulting services across various industries and business challenges.
The primary responsibilities include developing transformation, restructuring, and turnaround plans, creating integration and carve-out strategies, preparing business plans, and supporting value creation implementation across diverse client scenarios.
Ideal candidates will have a strong educational background from top engineering or business schools, extensive experience in international consulting with advanced analytical and project management skills, and preferably some operational experience. Strong communication skills in French and English are essential.
