The primary responsibilities include creating and managing operational metrics for the Trading Platform Services function, generating management reports, mapping workflows, identifying service levels, and driving process improvements through data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a minimum 2:1 degree, demonstrable experience in end-to-end analytics projects, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and experience working across multiple functional areas is highly beneficial.
