Job description
A sales role at Gartner focusing on managing and expanding contracts for mid-sized client accounts with revenue targets between $50-$750 million. The role requires strategic partnering with C-level executives, managing research contracts, and developing new business opportunities.
As an Account Executive, you will act as a strategic partner with senior executives in mid-sized organizations, managing and renewing member research contracts. Your primary responsibility includes developing new business alongside existing accounts and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing deals.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of professional sales experience, preferably in IT, staffing, or professional services solutions. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. You must demonstrate intellectual prowess, executive presence, sales acumen, and the ability to navigate complex conversations with C-level executives to uncover explicit business needs and value propositions.
