Job description
Gartner is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities with Mid-Size Enterprise C-level stakeholders. The role involves identifying and converting prospects into active clients, with a focus on strategic relationship building and sales performance in complex B2B environments.
The primary responsibilities include seeking out and driving new business opportunities across territories, converting prospects into active clients, and managing the full sales conversation from initial outreach to client transition. This involves strategic targeting of Mid-Size Enterprise stakeholders and continuously building a high-quality sales pipeline.
Candidates must have at least 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex sales environments. Essential requirements include proven experience selling to C-level executives, a track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to precisely manage and forecast complex sales processes. A bachelor's degree is desired, and candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid environment near one of Gartner's centers of excellence.
