Job description
A role with Gartner's Client Success team focused on supporting clients across various business practices, requiring Dutch language skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will help clients maximize their Gartner subscription value through proactive engagement and strategic support.
Primary responsibilities include partnering with clients from senior C-levels to junior professionals across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales practices to ensure successful use of Gartner subscriptions. The role involves delivering value by introducing Gartner services, managing client accounts, connecting clients with expert communities, and driving client engagement and growth.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, 6+ months professional experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to use Dutch at a business or native level. Critical thinking, prioritization, and client relationship management are key competencies for success in this role.
