Gartner seeks a Client Success Associate fluent in Swedish to support clients across various business practices, helping them maximize their research and advisory subscription value through strategic engagement and personalized service.
Primary responsibilities involve partnering with clients across various organizational levels and practices, delivering value by introducing Gartner services, managing client accounts, and ensuring clients maximize their subscription's potential through strategic engagement and support.
Required experience includes a Bachelor's degree, 6+ months of professional experience, demonstrated client success track record, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Swedish language at business or native level. Candidates must exhibit critical thinking, prioritization abilities, and client engagement expertise.
