Job description
Gartner is seeking a Dutch-speaking Client Success Manager to build and manage client relationships, focusing on customer service and retention. The ideal candidate will partner with clients to ensure they receive maximum value from Gartner services, helping them understand and leverage Gartner's capabilities effectively.
The role involves building and developing relationships with clients across various levels, from C-suite executives to more junior professionals. Primary responsibilities include introducing Gartner services, facilitating client calls, understanding client priorities, and recommending strategic actions to maximize return on investment.
Candidates must have 4+ years of professional experience, a proven track record of client success, strong communication and critical thinking skills. A bachelor's or master's degree is preferred. The role requires fluent Dutch language skills at a business level, with the ability to speak, read, and write professionally.
