Job description
Gartner is seeking a Hebrew-speaking Client Success Manager for its High Tech team in Egham, UK or Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing value from Gartner services through strategic engagement and support.
Primary responsibilities include building and managing relationships with existing clients across various business functions, engaging virtually with clients to understand their business priorities, recommending programs that drive client value and retention, onboarding new clients to Gartner services, and collaborating with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize client delivery.
Required experience involves having 3+ years of relevant professional experience, possessing strong customer service, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and influencing skills, and preferably holding a bachelor's degree. Candidates must have native or professional-level Hebrew language fluency and demonstrate ability to interact effectively with senior executives and professionals.
