Job description
Gartner is seeking a Client Success Partner with Swedish language skills to build and manage client relationships in the Client Services team. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their business priorities, and delivering high-value Gartner services across various business functions.
Primary responsibilities include building and developing relationships with existing clients ranging from senior executives to professionals across different business functions. The role involves regularly meeting and engaging with clients virtually, understanding their business priorities, and recommending strategic actions that drive client value and retention.
Required experience includes 2-4 years of professional experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. Candidates must have advanced Swedish language skills for business communication, with demonstrated ability in reading, writing, and speaking at a professional level.
