The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience as a General Counsel with 15+ years in corporate legal environments. Requirements include deep understanding of legal functions, experience across multiple industries, technological proficiency, consulting background, and ability to handle administrative tasks independently. Strong executive presence, superior communication skills, and critical thinking abilities are essential.
