Gartner is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer for their Barcelona Center of Excellence. The role involves designing and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce Platform, working with cross-functional SCRUM teams to enhance and maintain the SFDC Platform. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in Salesforce development and a passion for creating innovative digital solutions.
Primary responsibilities include understanding and designing solutions using Salesforce best practices, performing hands-on solution design and development, managing critical customer cases, working with cross-functional SCRUM teams, researching SFDC best practices, participating in code reviews, and managing incident resolutions with a focus on root cause analysis.
Required experience includes 2-4 years of hands-on force.com platform experience, in-depth understanding of Salesforce design and architectural concepts, strong coding skills in APEX, VisualForce, Lightning (Aura), LWC, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com. Candidates should have excellent software development and object-oriented design fundamentals, with experience in third-party tool and web API integrations.
