Primary responsibilities include leading deal execution as the point of contact with internal and external counterparties, administering compliance procedures, managing documentation, coordinating with investment teams, and ensuring timely and accurate deal closings across multiple asset classes.
Candidates must have a degree in accounting, finance, or business with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with Big 4 accounting experience. Strong analytical skills, detailed-oriented problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Knowledge of private market investments and deal execution is highly advantageous.
