Primary responsibilities include working in small deal teams to assess and execute Private Equity fund commitments and co-investments across various strategies, countries, and industries. Associates will present investment proposals to Investment Committees, monitor and maintain relationships with existing managers, source potential new fund managers, represent GIC at investor meetings, and work on special projects related to strategy and portfolio planning.
Candidates must have a strong academic background with at least 1.5 years of work experience at a leading investment bank, consulting firm, or private equity firm. Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills are crucial, along with strong commercial judgment, the ability to engage with senior counterparties, and demonstrate integrity and teamwork.
