The role involves working on diverse technology transactions across software, digital media, marketplaces, fintech, and digital services sectors, requiring strong analytical skills, technology passion, and excellent communication abilities.
As an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate, you will be responsible for preparing company marketing documents, managing transaction processes, coordinating with clients and investors, building sector expertise, and supporting complex financial advisory tasks across technology-focused transactions.
Candidates must have proven investment banking experience, strong quantitative skills, proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Office, and demonstrate a deep understanding of accounting principles. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work in a high-energy, focused team environment.
