Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including transaction accounting advisory experience at a Big 4 or national firm. Essential qualifications include being a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor's degree in accounting, demonstrating extensive expertise in IFRS and UK GAAP, and possessing deep knowledge of financial reporting, prospectus preparation, IPO execution, business combination accounting, and transaction-related financial complexities.
