Job description
Houlihan Lokey seeks an experienced Director to lead their rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Financial Due Diligence practice in the UK. This is an opportunity to work with a top-tier investment bank, spearheading business development, leading client engagements, and developing a high-performing team of M&A financial due diligence professionals.
The primary responsibilities of this role include developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, building an experienced execution team, and leading business development initiatives across the UK and European markets. The Director will be responsible for developing trusted client relationships, leading multi-discipline client accounts, and serving as the principal contact for complex financial due diligence engagements.
The ideal candidate must possess extensive financial due diligence experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm, with 12+ years of professional experience. They should have a strong track record of client development, deep knowledge of M&A financial due diligence processes, and exceptional analytical and communication skills. Candidates must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with significant experience in vendor due diligence (VDD) engagements and cross-border transactions.
