As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for advising companies and stakeholders in out-of-court restructuring transactions, participating in complex negotiations, providing distressed M&A advisory, and offering strategic guidance in debt and equity raising for stressed and distressed situations. You will be an integral part of deal teams working across various financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.
The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background with a 2:1 degree in accounting, economics, or finance, with 24-36 months of experience in Leverage Finance or Financial Restructuring. Candidates should possess strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, including robust LBO and DCF modeling capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English are essential, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
