Job description
HSBC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional telephone-based customer service in their contact centre. The role involves resolving customer queries professionally, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting customers with banking products and digital platforms.
Primary responsibilities include providing exceptional telephone-based customer service, resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally, and helping customers understand HSBC products and digital banking platforms. The role requires managing multiple systems to process transactions quickly and accurately.
Required experience includes strong communication skills, resilience in a busy contact centre environment, technical ability to use multiple systems, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail. While banking experience is not mandatory, crystal-clear communication and customer service background are highly desirable.
