Job description
HSBC is seeking an experienced Finance Change Portfolio Lead to manage transformation projects within HSBC UK Finance. The role involves driving strategic objectives, improving operational capabilities, and leading complex change initiatives across the organization.
As a Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of transformation projects within HSBC UK Finance, playing a critical role in advancing operational, regulatory, and digital finance capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating project portfolios, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, demonstrating past delivery and end-to-end project experience. Essential requirements include being a Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent), having demonstrable change management expertise, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong interpersonal skills, the capability to present complex issues to senior stakeholders, and experience building relationships across various organizational levels are crucial.
