Job description
A 9-12 month university internship at HSBC in Luxembourg, offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a global banking environment. The role involves supporting HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and administrative tasks in a multicultural setting.
As an HR Intern, you will coordinate recruitment processes including interview logistics, manage employee contracts, support onboarding of new employees, assist in learning and development coordination, and provide administrative support to HR Business Partners and Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include preparing training materials, tracking attendance, and supporting HR reporting and statistical analysis.
Candidates should be master's students in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English and French, and adaptability are key requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidentiality, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
The internship offers valuable learning opportunities through HSBC University, exposure to a multicultural work environment, skill development in banking and HR, and participation in HR projects that bridge theoretical knowledge with practical experience. A compulsory internship agreement will be required between the bank, student, and university.
