HSBC is seeking a motivated International Mortgage Arranger for its Channel Islands and Isle of Man operations. The role involves supporting international customers to secure mortgage and lending solutions, developing relationships across HSBC Group, and driving mortgage sales performance with a focus on expat and international banking services.
As an International Mortgage Arranger, primary responsibilities include proactively driving mortgage and lending sales performance, building relationships across HSBC Group, conducting new mortgage appointments with international expat clients, performing full credit assessments, and identifying additional products and services that may benefit customers.
Required experience includes proven customer service skills, managing multiple customers simultaneously, experience in mortgage and lending environments, ability to conduct credit assessments, and expertise in identifying customer needs. Candidates should have strong coaching and relationship-building capabilities, with a track record of high performance in financial services.
