Job description
A strategic internship program at HSBC offering insights into analyzing business problems, executing solutions, and driving transformation across Commercial and Global Banking businesses, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to key change initiatives.
Primary responsibilities involve joining strategic transformation teams including Strategic Transformation, Digital Change, Customer Experience, Business Process Reengineering, and Innovation. Interns will apply analytical skills to understand root cause analysis, define business outcomes, and drive key change initiatives across departments like Sustainability, Regulatory Control, and Trade Transformation.
Required experience includes being an analytical thinker comfortable with agile methodologies, passionate about developing relationships that drive meaningful change, and an enthusiastic problem-solver who can work at a fast pace and adapt quickly to changing situations. Students from all degree disciplines are welcome, with emphasis on collaborative skills and adaptability.

Interns will gain insights into topics like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Cloud, Python, and Agile, with potential consideration for the Strategy and Transformation Graduate Programme for top performers.
