Job description
HSBC is seeking a skilled professional to lead the Talent Acquisition Transformation Programme as a Reporting Business Product Owner and Design Lead. This hybrid role focuses on driving user acceptance testing, developing HR standards, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful system implementations and improvements.
Primary responsibilities include setting HR standards for User Acceptance Testing, developing testing guidance and tooling, and providing management information for program teams. The role involves working closely with project test managers, ensuring appropriate test approaches are in place, and addressing gaps in testing processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in end-to-end UAT project management, strong knowledge of testing best practices, and implementation experience with Core HR, Payroll, or Service Management technologies. Proficiency in working independently, managing issues, and providing detailed information to development teams is crucial.
