Ideal candidates are first-year or second-year undergraduate students with a keen interest in the financial industry, demonstrating academic potential (minimum 2:1 degree classification) and strong communication skills. No prior banking knowledge is required, emphasizing the program's commitment to diversity and developing emerging talent.
